Note: you can't use an instant pot for this - it will burn. Rinse the quinoa and lentils. Add everything except beans and tomato sauce. Simmer for 50 min. Add beans and tomato sauce. Simmer on very low for 10 minutes, just until heated (otherwise the tomato sauce gets burnt).
