1 clove garlic
2 # potatoes
4 c water
3 # soup cubes
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 c milk

-Cut up leeks, cutting off the bad part and washing them well
-Cut up vegetables, adding them to pot
-Add everything except milk, boil for 15 min
-Add the milk
