Cook pasta, stirring occasionally, until just tender, 8 to 10 minutes, or according to package directions. Drain and refresh under cold running water. -chop garlic -Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl until smooth. -grate carrot -chop pepper -chop and pit olives -Add the pasta to the dressing and toss to coat. -Add bell pepper, carrots, olives and basil; toss to coat well. Make sure you eat this by the next day (I halved the recipe so that it doesn't make much).
