vegetable:0 meat:0 servings (meals * people):3 loaves prep.: cook:35-40 2 packages dry yeast 4 c water 1 tbsp salt .25 c vegetable oil .25 c honey or molasses 1 c dry milk powder 1 c rye flour .25 c soy flour .25 c wheat germ 4 c whole wheat flour OR graham flour 5 or_more_cups white flour -Dissolve the yeast and 1/4 of the water (make it warm) in a large bowl. -Stir in ingredients 3-5 and 3/4 of the water (make it warm) -Mix in the other ingredients -Turn out on floured surface and knead until smooth, adding more flour if needed. Place in greased bowl, turning once. Cover and put in warm place to rise until doubled, about 2 hours. Turn out onto floured surface, knead, and place in 3 greased 9*5" pans. Let rise until almost double, place in cold oven and set at 450F for 10 min. Turn down to 350F and bake for 25-30 min.
