scrambled_eggs_and_noodles vegetable:0 meat:1 yield (meals * people):3 prep.:30 cook:30 recipe source:Doris Litke 2 c noodles 3 T butter 1 # onion 3 # eggs, beaten 1/3 c milk 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1 bit paprika 1 bit parsley -Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. -Heat butter in a skillet, just before noodles are done -Add noodles and stir-fry -Chop onion in the meantime -Add it when the noodles are beginning to brown -Beat eggs in a bowl -Add the milk, salt and pepper to the eggs -Once onions are softened and noodles are nicely browned, pour the egg mixture over them -Scramble until eggs are set. -Garnish with paprika & parsley
