Italian salad dressing (I used a balsamic dressing that I had in the fridge, and I think any vinaigrette would do) 1 lb ground beef 1 # eggs 1/3 c rolled oats 0.25 c milk 0.5 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 shredded_c carrot 1/2 shredded_c onion 2 cloves garlic 1 c pasta sauce (tomato and herb) -Defrost the ground beef if necessary. -Shred the carrot and onion -Mince the garlic -Saute the carrot, onion, and garlic in the salad dressing until softened (about 5 min) -Beat the eggs with a fork in the large bowl. -Preheat oven to 350F. -Add all ingredients to the bowl. -Get the baking dish ready. -Mix well with your hands. -Put into the baking dish. -Bake for about 1 hour.
